We currently use Royal Mail for our deliveries.
You can select what type of shipping you’d like, on the checkout page.
All shipping will be a fixed rate and no longer weight related. 1st Class consignments will be charged at a set rate of £5, 2nd Class consignments will be charged at a set rate of £3 irrespective of weight.
Once your order has been dispatched from us to the courier company, we are NOT responsible for their respective delivery times. Please expect possible longer delivery times at peak periods of the year e.g. Black Friday/Christmas. We will pass along any relevant delivery preferences to the courier but are NOT responsible for their judgement on “safe place” locations.
Damage in Transit:
If you receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that a lost parcel claim can be made against the courier. We will require your order number, date of order and delivery address together with photos of the damage. Please email this to [email protected].
FREE local delivery:
If you live close by in Rugeley, Cannock, Lichfield etc we offer free delivery on all orders!
